Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) Jyotiraditya Scindia, along with Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, officially launched "Mission Queen Pineapple." Backed by an aggressive financial framework of ₹236 crores, the project focuses on setting up specialized crop clusters, creating modern solar-powered cold chains, and establishing export pathways to aggressively market Tripura's iconic, GI-tagged (Geographical Indication) Queen Pineapple across European and Middle Eastern consumer spaces.
